Later at Pentagon and then a manager at the Space and Missile Systems Center in Los Angeles, California. From October 2002 Vice Director, Space Operations, US Strategic Command, Peterson Air Force Base, Colorado. Deputy Commander for Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance Enterprise Integration, and the System Program Director for the Command and Control Constellation, Electronic Systems Center, Air Force Materiel Command, Hanscom Air Force Base, Massachusetts.
