Born: 1951-06-08.

In 1973 he graduated from the Kuibyshev Aviation Institute. From 1973 rose through ranks to become deputy chief of the production at the Votkinsk Engineering Plant. In 1986 became Head of Production. From 1995 Director General GPO Votkinsk plant.
