Sechkin, Aleksey Semenovich

Entered the Soviet Army's artillery branch in October 1953. Trained at the Dzerzhinsky Academy 1961-1965. Then held positions of increasing responsibility at the NIP-5 tracking center: Deputy Chief, 1975-1984, then Chief for First and Fourth Directorates. Discharged from the service in 1992 on 'medical grounds'.
