Status: Study 1997. Payload: 10,000 kg (22,000 lb). Gross mass: 1,058,000 kg (2,332,000 lb). Height: 39.90 m (130.90 ft). Diameter: 15.10 m (49.50 ft). Apogee: 200 km (120 mi).

LEO Payload: 10,000 kg (22,000 lb) to a 200 km orbit at 51.00 degrees.
