August 2000 - August 2002, Vice President IPS MeteoStar Inc.; 18. August 2002 - September 2005, President, IPS MeteoStar, Inc.; since 19. August 2005 Deputy Director, Distribution Portfolio Management, Command, Control, Communications and Computer Systems Directorate (TCJ6), U.S. Transportation Command, Scott AFB, Illinois.
