Kursnniy, Igor Ivanovich
Russian officer. Lieutenant General, Head of the Political Directorate of GUKOS Space Forces, 1986-1991.

Born: 1938.

Entered the Army in 1955, and graduated from the Leningrad Artillery School in 1958. By 1975 he was Deputy Commander for political matters in an RVSN rocket division. He was made Chief of a GUKOS political unit in 1984, followed by his final assignment in 1986.
