Born: 1932-01-18. Died: 2010-07-15.

Born in the village of Selnikovo, Kolomna district. In Kolomna he graduated from the steam engine building college. After studying at the Ryazan Radiotechnical Institute, he went to work in Kolomna to the Engineering Design Bureau. He was promoted through the job levels from engineer to chief designer. He took part in the development of anti-tank missile systems, man-portable air defense systems, and tactical missile systems. Doctor of Technical Sciences, Academician RARAN, Russian Academy of Natural Sciences, Professor of Bauman Moscow State Technical University, Author of more than 200 scientific papers and inventions. He was awarded the Order of Lenin,
