Bululkov, Vladimir Alekseyevich
Russian officer. Major General, Deputy Chief of the Mozhaiskiy Military Engineering Institute 1984-1989.
Born: 1929.
Entered the VVS Air Force in 1947. From 1951-1955 served as a flight instructor. Received advanced engineering training at Mozhaiskiy in 1955-1962. Thereafter worked in the First Directorate at the 5-NIIP MO Baikonur launch site. He held positions of increasing responsibility in military scientific and academic institutions until 1989, when he was dismissed over the objections from his commander in 1989.
