German engineer in WW2, member of the Rocket Team in the Soviet Union thereafter.

Born: 1917. Died: 1965-01-01.

German manufacturing engineer during World War II. As of January 1947, Allies believed he was living at Creya bei Bleicherode Suedharz (Russian Zone of Occupation). In fact , he had been transferred to the Soviet Union with other members of the German rocket team. He later was a Minister of the German Democratic Republic.
