Russian orbital launch vehicle proposed by the Kozlov bureau in 2015. A new lower stage using Lox/Methane propellants would be the basis of a family of launch vehicles.

As in the Falcon, Angara or Delta IV series, single or clustered basic first stage modules would be combined with existing upper stages. Payload would range from 9 metric tons for the single-module version to 26 metric tons for the three-module version.
