Herbert H Rosen American Manager. .

Personal: Male. Born in USA.

Herbert H. Rosen was deputy director of the office of public information in NASA in early 1960. He was an engineer who had previously worked for Hayden Publications Corp. as editor of Electronic Design and for the Bureau of Standards both as an engineer and in the areas of public relations and technical information.
