John Deutch American Manager. Born 1938.

John Deutch served as Deputy Secretary of Defense from 1994-1995 and then as Director of Central Intelligence from 1995-1997. He received a Ph.D. from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and also served as that school's dean of science and provost.
