Nikolai Nikolayevich Alekseyev Russian Military Officer. Born 1914. Died 12 November 1980. Marshal of Communications Forces, 1970; Deputy Minister of Defence for Armaments 1970-1980.

Personal: Male. Born in Russia.

Entered military in 1931. In 1940 completed training at the Military Electronics Technical Academy. Served in the Soviet-Finnish War and World War II, serving from 1941-1951 in the headquarters of the artillery directorate, and from 1958 on the staff of the Soviet Ministers of the USSR. From 1955-1960 Head of the Scientific-Technical Committee of the General Staff.
