British sounding rocket. Two stage vehicle consisting of 1 x Heron (107 kN) + 1 x Snipe (16.7 kN).

Bristol Aerojet had developed the INTA-300 design for the government of Spain. It was adapted for a series of high-latitude shots from Andoya. The Fulmar differed from the INTA-300 in having a longer payload fairing.
