Russian engineer cosmonaut candidate, 1967.
Degree from Moscow Chemical Technical Institute, 1961. PhD, 1973 Engineer at Korolev design bureau. Selected as cosmonaut on 30 November 1967, but appointment was never confirmed. Later scientist at Korolev Bureau, then Professor in mathematics and mechanics, 1995.
