Hall effect thruster with anode layer. Export version of D-100-I thruster developed under NASA/BMDO contract. Used for satellite orbital altitude maintenance and raising. Taken to engineering model stage. Thrust 8 to 34 mN, power requirement 1.3 to 7.5 kW, specific impulse 1450-2800 seconds, efficiency 60%.
