Phillip Von Doepp Rocket engineer. Born 8 May 1885. Died 15 October 1967.

Personal: Male. Born in Saint Petersburg, Russia. PhD

German expert in guided missiles aero design during World War II. Fluent in Russian. Member of the German rocket team, arrived in America under Project Paperclip on 16 November 1945 aboard the Argentina from La Havre. As of January 1947, working at Wright Field, Ohio. Died in Los Angeles, California.
